Position: Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

Location: Bellware Head Office, Pattambi

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests through phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth order processing and delivery follow-ups.
• Maintain customer databases and ensure timely feedback collection.
• Support showroom and field teams with communication and documentation.
• Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with Bellware’s brand values.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in MS Office and basic CRM handling.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam.
• A customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
