HR Generalist (construction domain)

The HR Generalist will oversee human resources functions within a construction company, ensuring HR strategies and programs align with project demands and company objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry's specific challenges and talent needs, such as sourcing specialized laborers and managing workforce on complex sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire specialized construction labor. Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires to integrate them into project teams and company culture.
• Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, investigate complaints, and address workplace issues to foster a positive and productive work environment on construction sites and in offices.
• Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on compensation, benefits plans, and other HR policies.
• Training and Development: Coordinate and organize training programs to address skill gaps and promote continuous development for construction personnel.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies, paying special attention to construction-related safety regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
