HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will support the overall HR function, including generalist responsibilities, supporting payroll processing and basic recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR operations and have a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle HR generalist tasks such as onboarding, documentation, employee record maintenance, and exit formalities
• Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and labor law compliance
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in maintaining a healthy work culture
• Supporting end-to-end payroll processing including attendance tracking, salary inputs, and statutory compliance
• Maintain and update internal HR systems, employee databases, and monthly reports
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and support
• Assist in basic recruitment activities such as sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates
• Coordinate performance review processes and support appraisal documentation.

Requirements:

• Looking for Male employee.
• Must know Hindi Language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
