As an experienced HR General Manager at our client, you will be responsible for leading campus recruitment and leadership hiring initiatives. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent from universities and filling key leadership positions across the organization. Your strong understanding of the talent landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce will be essential for success in this role. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates from universities and colleges. - Build and maintain relationships with university career services, professors, and student organizations to promote the company's brand and job opportunities. - Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, including job fairs, information sessions, and workshops. - Track and analyze campus recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven improvements. - Partner with senior management to understand leadership needs and develop a robust talent acquisition strategy for senior and executive-level positions. - Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including executive search firms, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top leadership talent. - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates" qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the organization. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership positions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. - Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team. - Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent at all levels, particularly in leadership roles. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems, and talent management software. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
