HR Faculty

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Faculty member to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in HR-related subjects, mentoring students, and contributing to the development of the HR curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Human Resource Management.

Design and update course content, lesson plans, and instructional materials.

Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate interactive class discussions.

Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.

Guide students on HR-related research, internships, and career opportunities.

Stay updated with the latest HR trends, tools, and practices.

Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and institutional development.

Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance course relevance and student employability.

Support in organizing HR-related events, seminars, and workshops.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in teaching HR subjects at a college or university level.

Strong understanding of HR theories, labor laws, performance management, recruitment, training, and organizational behavior.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Industry experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory).

Familiarity with online teaching tools and learning management systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
