Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Faculty role located in Kozhikode. The HR Faculty member will be responsible for developing curriculum, conducting classes, engaging with students, and providing guidance on HR-related topics. The faculty member will also be involved in evaluating student performance, conducting research, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure the relevance of the education provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development, teaching, and research
• Knowledge of HR strategies, practices, and industry trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to engage and inspire students
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools
