Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations in the automobile sector. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Support performance appraisal and training processes
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
