Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR compliance documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management system.
  • Assist in formulating HR policies, performance evaluation processes, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate training sessions, team meetings, and internal communications.
  • Support management in HR operations and reporting.
  • Contribute ideas for improving HR practices and workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of HR experience are welcome (internship also available).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and handle responsibilities with maturity.

Preferred Candidate

  • Female candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Should be comfortable with a full-time office role at our Faridabad location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,009.45 per month
