Job Summary We’re seeking a motivated and organized HR Specialist to handle a range of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and eager to contribute to the development of a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Assist in developing HR policies and procedures Promote a positive company culture and employee engagement Work on Zoho CRM Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in tech or startup environments) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Knowledge of employment laws and best practices What We Offer: A collaborative and supportive work culture Opportunities for career growth and learning Competitive salary and benefits package Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
