HR Executive

Webindia Master is a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing and IT solutions company. We cater to a global clientele, offering web development, SEO, social media marketing, and more. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic and driven professional to join our team as an HR cum Lead Generation Executive, with a strong focus on lead generation activities.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Generate leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, social media, and business directories
• Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to schedule meetings and follow-ups
• Maintain regular communication with potential clients and prospects

• Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and support onboarding processes
• Support administrative tasks and daily office operations

• Proven experience in lead generation or business development
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM systems
• Basic understanding of HR functions and hiring processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in lead generation or sales support roles
• A proactive and target-oriented individual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
