Job Description

1. Recruitment & StaffingIdentify staffing needs and coordinate with department heads. Post job openings, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates. Conduct interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Maintain candidate database and follow up on hiring decisions. 2. Onboarding & InductionPrepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities. Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain employee personal files and HR records. 3. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor attendance, leaves, and work schedules. Coordinate with departments for corrections and updates. Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. 4. Payroll CoordinationCollect and verify payroll inputs. Coordinate with finance/accounts for monthly payroll. Ensure accuracy in salaries, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements. 5. Employee Engagement & WelfarePlan and execute employee engagement activities. Address employee queries and grievances with timely resolution. Promote a positive and productive work environment. 6. Performance ManagementAssist in the annual/quarterly appraisal process. Maintain performance data and follow up on KRAs/targets. 7. HR Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Handle PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements (as applicable). Maintain updated HR policies and documentation. 8. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs through discussions and appraisals. Arrange internal/external training programs. Maintain training records.
