Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Executive to support a wide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment processes, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and assist in developing a positive workplace culture. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes Draft job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms Screen resumes and schedule interviews Facilitate onboarding and induction of new hires Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and payroll Maintain employee records and documentation Support employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities Assist in conflict resolution and grievance management HR Operations & Compliance Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy Prepare HR reports and dashboards Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Support audits and documentation requirements Performance Management Assist in implementation of performance review processes Maintain performance-related data and feedback records Training & Development Help coordinate training sessions and development programs Maintain training records and feedback summaries Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
