Accounts-Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Record day-to-day financial entries and reconcile bank statements Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and assist in month-end closing Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Prepare and send customer invoices, follow up on receivables Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers Taxation & Compliance Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations Coordinate with auditors and support annual audit process Reporting Generate financial reports, MIS statements, and account summaries Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Maintain documentation for all financial transactions Requirements: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance 1–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel Google Sheet) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in travel/tourism or service-based industry (if relevant) Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Familiarity with ERP or cloud-based accounting systems
