Operations Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an efficient and proactive Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and support the implementation of company procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and improving overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operations Coordination Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency Coordinate with various departments (sales, accounts, HR, etc.) for smooth interdepartmental communication Ensure timely execution of bookings, services, and deliveries (if applicable) Vendor & Client Coordination Liaise with vendors, service providers, and third-party partners Handle customer or client requirements and ensure service delivery Address operational issues and escalate when necessary Reporting & Documentation Maintain operational records, logs, and reports Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational summaries Assist in audits, compliance checks, and documentation reviews Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements Assist in implementing operational strategies and new systems Support budget and cost optimization initiatives Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations or administration Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and operations-related tools/software Ability to multitask and work under pressure
