HR Executive

As an HR Executive at our hospital in Bangalore, your primary role will be to manage day-to-day HR operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians, and administrative roles. This includes coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, conducting onboarding activities, and organizing induction programs for new employees. - Maintain and update employee master data, attendance records, and leave records efficiently. - Oversee employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and grievance redressal processes. - Support training and development programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff. - Conduct timely performance evaluations and appraisals for all employees. - Collaborate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and ensure effective manpower planning. - Prepare and maintain HR reports, letters, and documentation in accordance with hospital HR policies. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, hospital HR policies, and ethical standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. - Familiarity with medical roles and terminology. - Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office tools. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. - Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
