Job Description

​ Job description IMMEDIATE JOINER 1) Finalize all manpower needs for FY 24-25, working with the different department managers and heads 2) Fill all vacancies 3) Finalize induction template for new employees and implement induction program for all new joiners, including opening salary account 4) Provide MIS reports for hiring 5) Manage all vendor relationships through which we outsource manpower personnel 6) Maintain central database of all employees in soft and hard copies (employee file) 7) Develop successful strategies for hiring personnel across the board, in particular; clinics, production/technicians, marketing, office boys and digital/cross revenue hires 8) Undertake all annual review tasks pertaining to HR department such as; JD / KPI / APPRAISAL / POLICY REVIEW / VARIABLE PAY / MANPOWER PLANNING. 9) Move all hiring work to HR software as much as possible 10) Negotiate salaries in a manner to help the HR departments, overall goal of containing personnel costs at 15% of revenues 11) Undertake other tasks as and when requested by the line manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): immediate joiner Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: hiring: 1 year (Required) Language: Kannada (Required)
