Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for an HR Executive- Policy & Payroll. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing payroll processes. The person in this role will ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards, and will work closely with all departments to support effective human resource management.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Expertise in payroll is a must
• Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
