Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with expertise in Payroll Management and Compliance to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end payroll and compliance functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Maintain statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other labor laws.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Address employee queries related to payroll and HR policies.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR operations as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR with a focus on Payroll & Compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
