HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance)

Role & responsibilities:

The Senior Executive of HR with a specialization in Payroll and Compliance will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and company policies. This role is crucial in ensuring that employees are compensated accurately and on time, and that the company maintains its legal and regulatory obligations. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage payroll functions while also navigating the complexities of compliance, especially within the private security industry.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on payroll and compliance, preferably within the security or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance related to payroll.
• Experience with payroll software and HR management systems (HRMS).
• Expertise in payroll management or compliance.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to payroll discrepancies and compliance issues.
• Proficiency in HR/payroll software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• To ensure the companys HR practices, including payroll, adhere to local and national labor laws, tax laws, and industry regulations.
• Oversee compliance with mandatory filings such as tax submissions, employee benefits, provident fund contributions, and social security deductions.

Working Hours:

Full-time position with standard working hours. Flexibility may be required during payroll cycles or compliance audits.
