Job Description

As a dedicated HR professional at Omninos, a reputed IT firm based in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in driving talent and organizational strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. - Maintaining employee records and HR documentation accurately. - Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws. - Conducting employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and development programs. - Addressing employee queries and serving as a liaison between staff and management. - Supporting organizational change, HR projects, and workforce planning. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in HR roles, preferably with 10 years of experience. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
