Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a HR Executive - MIS & Payroll at Luxor Writing Instruments Pvt. Ltd. The HR Executive - MIS & Payroll will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and handling payroll processing. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate MIS reports, ensuring compliance with labor laws, resolving employee issues, and providing support for HR management activities.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Must have Payroll processing knowledge.
• Must be excellent in MS- Excel, specifically V Lookup, H lookup & Pivot.
• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
