Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive to handle recruitment for our BPO operations. The role involves calling candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate should be energetic, good at English communication and experienced in BPO hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media.
  • Call and screen candidates for BPO voice Non Voice process roles.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly.
  • Assist in walk-in drives and bulk hiring.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Requirements:

  • Fresher can apply OR Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in recruitment (preferably BPO hiring).
  • Education - HSC Plus or Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
