HR Executive (male)

As an HR Executive at our company located in Ganga puram, chithode, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You must possess strong organizational skills and a genuine interest in supporting employees and enhancing HR procedures. Your key responsibilities will involve managing recruitment and onboarding procedures efficiently, handling employee relations matters, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Additionally, you will assist in performance management, employee training, and development initiatives while providing support to the HR team in daily administrative tasks and projects. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in an HR position with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is essential. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are crucial, along with a sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Confidentiality, discretion, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software are also required for this role. This is a full-time position that requires at least 1 year of experience in recruiting and a total of 1 year of work experience. The work location is in person, and the working hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM.
