As an HR Executive, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to support the organization in recruitment, employee training, employee relations, policy development, compliance, and strategic planning. - **Recruitment and Hiring:** - Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions - Post job advertisements and screen resumes - Conduct interviews to select suitable candidates - Ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent - **Employee Training and Development:** - Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance - Onboard new hires and provide ongoing training - Facilitate leadership development - **Employee Relations:** - Act as a bridge between management and employees - Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment - Ensure workplace policies are followed and employees feel valued and supported - **Policy Development and Compliance:** - Update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Maintain accurate HR records and manage employee benefits programs - **Strategic Planning:** - Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals - Contribute to workforce planning and help implement changes to enhance business performance **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree (Preferred) - Diploma in HR (Required) In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to have the following skills: - **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with employees and management. - **Analytical Skills:** Analyze data related to employee performance, recruitment metrics, and organizational needs to make informed decisions. - **Problem-Solving Skills:** Adept at resolving conflicts and addressing employee grievances effectively. - **Organizational Skills:** Managing multiple HR functions and ensuring smooth operations requires excellent organizational abilities.
