HR Executive

You will be joining Licious, a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company founded in 2015 by Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta, who are not only our founders but also foodies and friends. Licious takes pride in being India's most successful D2C food-tech brand, currently operational in 20 cities across the country, and delighting over 32 lac customers with our de-licious fresh meat and seafood. Your role will involve various responsibilities including recruitment tasks such as sourcing, selection, offering, and onboarding processes. You will be instrumental in shaping the culture at the plant by engaging with all members and proactively identifying areas where trust can be built. Designing and implementing an engagement agenda for the plant will also be part of your core responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to actively track leading HR metrics, ensuring steps are taken to enhance the plant's performance. As the single point of contact for all HR operational requirements for members, your role will also involve managing contract labour compliance and availability as per the requirements. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Manufacturing industry. Accountability is key, and you should display ownership of your work, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and with high quality. Initiative is also crucial as you need to be the unit's champion, spotting trends on the shop floor and proactively developing solutions. People connect is essential, as you will be engaging with people, collaborating as their partner, and building trust. An ability to understand the plant's operations and identify and improve important metrics such as culture, cost, and quality is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's in Social Welfare or an MBA qualification.
