Job Description

As an HR Executive (Female) at our company, your role will be crucial in managing various HR functions efficiently. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle which involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Maintaining employee records accurately and updating HR databases regularly. - Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are in line with the organizational goals. - Handling employee engagement activities, grievance management, and conflict resolution effectively. - Assisting in organizing training & development initiatives for continuous employee growth. - Ensuring strict compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations at all times. - Acting as a point of contact between management and employees to foster a positive work culture within the organization. In addition to the core responsibilities, the company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work location for this role is in person.
