About the Role

As an HR Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving full-cycle IT recruitment, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to shaping a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical, cultural, and behavioral fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide talent pipelines.
• Maintain recruitment database/ATS and ensure smooth hiring operations.
• Deliver a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Management, or equivalent.

• 2 years of IT recruitment experience

  (corporate or agency).
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
• Skilled in sourcing tools & platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.
• Basic HR operations knowledge is a plus.
