Job Title : HR Executive (IT Recruiter )

Job Summary:

The HR Executive supports the Human Resources function by managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, and coordination of HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.Conduct background checks and ensure smooth hiring processes.Foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts or issues in a fair and timely manner.Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).Prepare HR reports, letters, contracts, and documentation.Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.Interested & Eligible candidate can apply on - Rahul.shankaran@ioanyt.com
