Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview scheduling
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires

Employee Engagement & Relations

Assist in organizing employee engagement and team-building activities
Support resolution of employee queries and HR-related concerns
Help in executing performance management processes and feedback cycles

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation
Assist in payroll input, attendance tracking, and leave management
Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory compliance
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Contribute to HR process improvements and special projects

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in
IT recruitment
or generalist HR roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
Proficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
