Role Overview

As an HR Executive Intern, you’ll support recruitment campaigns, manage candidate pipelines, and assist in onboarding and documentation. You’ll gain exposure to HR tools, compliance workflows, and employer branding strategies while contributing to real-time hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn and other tools
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and HR record management
• Support employer branding and engagement activities
• Maintain compliance with internal hiring policies and platform standards

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (preferred)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
