* Assist in end-to-end **recruitment** (Support **lead generation and follow-ups** for training programs and certification courses, screening, scheduling interviews).
* Communicate with potential students and clients to explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes
Maintain and update **Student records**, attendance & lead database in system.
* Support **training and development** programs for staff and faculty.
Help design and execute **marketing campaigns** (digital & offline).
* Address basic **employee & Students queries** and ensure smooth internal communication.
* Contribute to **market research** and competitor analysis.
* Assist in organizing **employee engagement** activities and events.
* Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed properly.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
