Job Title: Recruiter (BPO Hiring) Job Summary: We are looking for a Recruiter with strong experience in BPO hiring to manage bulk and campus recruitment for tele-callers (for Inbound and Outbound processes) and support roles hiring. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and meeting high-volume hiring targets within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities: Handle bulk hiring for BPO roles such as Tele-sales and Customer Support Executives Plan and execute campus hiring drives and walk-in interviews Source candidates through job portals, referrals, FOC vendors, and local networks Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with operations teams Manage joining, documentation, and onboarding coordination Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and daily hiring reports Ensure hiring targets and TATs are met Requirements: Prior experience in BPO / Call Center hiring (mandatory) Exposure to bulk and campus hiring for voice and support processes Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills We welcome direct walk-in for interview on 16th Dec at our Gurgaon office.
