Job Description

As an experienced HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. You will stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards to effectively manage and supervise the HR department staff. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, and designing employee training and development programs. Additionally, you will maintain HR records, handle employee relations, manage employee benefits programs, and develop employee recognition and rewards programs. You will also oversee employee wellness and safety programs, manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances, and provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees. Your role will involve negotiating and managing labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements, collaborating with other departments, conducting performance evaluations, and staying updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management. Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of 10 years, with at least 10 years in HR (Preferred) In this role, you will have the opportunity to work full-time on a permanent basis with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts, and you will be eligible for a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.
