Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee grievances, conflicts, and fostering positive workplace relationships.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, benefits programs, and ensuring competitive pay plans.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Coordinating and managing employee performance reviews and development plans.
  • HR Policy: Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development: Organizing training sessions and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
