HR Executive (Generalist)

As an HR Executive, your role involves recognizing the manpower needs and presenting them to the HR manager for approval. You will be responsible for creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on multiple platforms. Your duties will include managing HR activities such as meetings, interviews, and schedules, as well as assisting in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates. Additionally, you will oversee the orientation of new employees and assess the training needs, coordinating training and development programs. Managing employee data for each department and overseeing daily HR operations will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be involved in planning employee benefits packages and maintaining employee data. Lastly, executing the employees" performance review procedure is essential for this role.
