Job Title: HR Executive Location: Mira Road, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 years in HR operations or generalist roles Industry: Industrial Automation / Instrumentation / Engineering Services Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and empathetic HR Executive to support our dynamic team across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, high-accountability environment and is passionate about building transparent, people-first processes. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end hiring: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts Manage onboarding documentation and induction programs Employee Lifecycle Management Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates Handle exit formalities and feedback collection Compliance & Documentation Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) Maintain HR policies, contracts, and audit-ready documentation Engagement & Culture Organize team-building activities and wellness initiatives Support performance reviews and feedback cycles Process Improvement Identify and implement HR process enhancements Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and retention strategies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering setup Familiarity with Zoho People or similar HRMS platforms Strong interpersonal and documentation skills Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with discretion What We Offer A collaborative, transparent work culture Exposure to cross-functional operations and leadership Opportunities to shape HR systems and policies from the ground up Competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to info@mt9automation.in with the subject line “Application for HR Executive – [Your Name]”.
