HR Executive (Generalist)

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates from various recruitment sources, screening suitable candidates, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, coordinating interviews with hiring managers. In the realm of Training & Development, your role will involve developing and maintaining a training calendar based on identified needs, as well as scheduling and coordinating training sessions with both internal and external trainers. You will be tasked with tracking training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance by managing reports and tracking closures. In the domain of Employee Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing the annual event calendar for employee engagement initiatives. This will involve organizing and managing various engagement activities such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness programs, and Mindful Monday activities aimed at boosting motivation. Collaborating closely with employee committees, you will be involved in the planning and execution of engagement activities, utilizing your content writing skills to create engaging posters and communications in coordination with the UI team. Under the umbrella of Employee Connect, you will serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering strong connections and ensuring a supportive resolution process. Engaging with new joiners to facilitate their transition and enhance workplace engagement will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be expected to track and manage grievance records, ensuring timely follow-up and closure with stakeholders. This is a full-time role requiring a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and 2 years in IT.
