HR Executive (Generalist)

As a Talent Management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure the organization attracts top talent. Your Key Responsibilities will include: - Managing employee grievances and conducting conflict resolution to maintain healthy employee relations and foster a positive workplace environment. - Designing and managing employee benefit packages such as health insurance, retirement plans, and competitive salary structures to ensure employee satisfaction and retention. - Administering annual employee review procedures, developing training programs, and creating development plans to enhance employee performance and career growth. - Developing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to create a fair and inclusive work environment. - Contributing to HR strategy and workforce planning, implementing programs to improve employee performance and drive organizational development. - Planning and executing employee engagement activities to promote a positive and productive work culture.
