We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team and support our people-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support in conducting orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
• HR Operations:
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Help in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies.
• Employee Engagement:
• Assist in organizing internal events, feedback sessions, and engagement activities.
• Handle basic employee queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to HR and labor laws.
• Prepare reports and maintain data for audits and internal reviews.
• Support Functions:
• Collaborate with IT and Trading teams for staffing and HR needs.
• Coordinate training and development sessions across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Commerce / Psychology or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and labor legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

• Interest in working across diverse industries like IT and commodities.
