Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ of HR experience and a strong foundation in core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background verification.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation-related activities.
• Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed.
• Assist in performance appraisal and other HR operational functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
