HR Executive- Female

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing administrative support by managing employee records, scheduling meetings, and handling HR-related correspondence. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. You will also play a key role in coordinating new hire orientations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment will be part of your duties. Record keeping tasks will include maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and databases. Data entry and reporting responsibilities will involve entering and updating data in HR systems and generating reports as needed. Moreover, you will assist in event coordination by planning and executing HR-related events like training sessions and employee recognition programs. Finally, you will be expected to perform various other tasks as assigned by the HR manager.
