HR Executive- Female

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, which includes managing employee records, scheduling meetings, and handling HR-related correspondence. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment by posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Coordinating new hire orientations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process will also be part of your duties. You will address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment in terms of employee relations. Record keeping is crucial, and you will be tasked with maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and databases. Data entry and reporting tasks will involve entering and updating data in HR systems and generating reports as needed. You will also assist in event coordination by planning and executing HR-related events, such as training sessions and employee recognition programs. Various other tasks may be assigned to you by the HR manager. As for the qualifications, we are looking for a candidate with 0-1 year of experience, and freshers are also welcome to apply.
