Here’s the final revised Job Description with the added requirement that the candidate must have good connections with consultants for bulk hiring: Position: HR Executive (Female) Location: Sector 8, Rohini, Delhi Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience Required: 2–4 years as an HR Executive, including 1–3 years of consultancy experience in non-IT bulk/BPO hiring Education: Graduate + MBA in HR or a related field Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Description We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Executive (Female) to take ownership of HR operations and recruitment for a growing organization engaged in the distribution of machinery parts imported from Japan. The ideal candidate should have solid HR generalist experience and a strong background in non-IT bulk hiring, preferably from a recruitment consultancy background. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Manpower Planning: End-to-end recruitment for various departments Draft and update job descriptions Must have prior experience in handling non-IT/BPO bulk hiring Should have strong existing connections with recruitment consultants and agencies for bulk hiring Align recruitment efforts with manpower planning and departmental needs Payroll & Leave Management: Process payroll and ensure timely compliance Maintain attendance and leave records HR Policy & Compliance: Develop, review, and update HR policies and SOPs Ensure organizational compliance with statutory and labor regulations Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment Address employee concerns and grievances effectively Training & Development: Organize internal training sessions based on performance needs Work with teams to assess skill gaps and growth opportunities Event Management & SOP Development: Plan and manage internal company events and team activities Develop and implement SOPs for departments and individual roles Required Skills: Mandatory experience with a recruitment consultancy handling non-IT/BPO/bulk hiring (1–3 years minimum) Strong network and active connections with external hiring consultants for bulk placements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Deep understanding of HR practices, compliance, and labor laws Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities Team HR Helpmate Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: Hr Executive : 2 years (Preferred) Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred) Bulk hiring: 1 year (Preferred) Consultancy : 1 year (Preferred) Payroll : 1 year (Preferred) Attendance management : 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
