HR Executive – Entry Level / Fresher

Pupa Clic is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about people operations, recruitment, and company culture to start their HR career with hands-on exposure in a fast-paced tech environment.

You’ll assist in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks while helping us maintain a vibrant, people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process - job postings, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and culture programs.
• Assist in policy communication, performance tracking, and internal communication.
• Provide general HR and admin support for daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Enthusiastic about team culture, employee engagement, and people management.
