In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy intricate Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights for strategic business decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Establish connections between Power BI and various databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, etc.) and manage data refresh pipelines. - Develop optimized DAX queries and measures to ensure performance and scalability. - Work closely with internal teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions. - Implement best practices for data governance, visualization standards, and security. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power BI reports and datasets. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI. - Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced Excel functions. - Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and database schemas. - Familiarity with database connections, APIs, and real-time reporting. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
