Job Description

Key Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities: Manage onboarding and exit processes for hospital staff. Prepare duty rosters and maintain attendance records. Compile monthly salary data and coordinate with accounts. Schedule interviews and assist in recruitment processes. Handle staff leave management and HR documentation. Patient Counselling: Counsel patients about available treatment packages. Guide and enroll eligible patients under charitable trusts and schemes. Take patient feedback and reviews for continuous service improvement. Conduct follow-ups for IPD and OPD patients post-discharge. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR operations and hospital procedures. Proficient in MS Office and data handling. Ability to work compassionately with patients and professionally with staff.
