Job Description

HR Executive preferably in security services industry must maintain employees minimum wages, PF, ESIC, and other labour law related compliances. It is imperative that the individual has had previously worked in a security firm that does all compliances or a labour intensive firm before Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and hiring security personnel and other employees. Employee Relations: Managing employee performance, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs for employees. Payroll and Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related administration tasks. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Compliance management: 2 years (Preferred) Labour OR Factory Law: 2 years (Preferred) Security Agency OR Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred) Minimum Wages: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
