HR Executive - Compliance

Role Overview: As an HR Executive in the security services industry, your primary role will be to ensure compliance with various labor laws and company policies. It is crucial that you have prior experience working in a security firm or a labor-intensive firm that focuses on maintaining employees" minimum wages, PF, ESIC, and other labor law-related compliances. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment: You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring security personnel and other employees. - Employee Relations: Managing employee performance, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. - Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and company policies. - Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs for employees. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in labor or factory law. - Previous experience of at least 2 years in a security agency or manufacturing setting. - Proficiency in English language. - Familiarity with minimum wage regulations is preferred.
