HR Executive

As an HR Manager, your role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process from end to end. Additionally, you will be required to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Monitoring and developing overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization is also a key responsibility. Your role includes nurturing a positive working environment and overseeing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals - Manage the recruitment and selection process - Address employee relations issues - Monitor and develop HR strategies and procedures - Create a positive work environment - Oversee performance appraisal system - Assess training needs and monitor training programs - Report to management using HR metrics - Ensure legal compliance in HR management Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills with a pleasing personality - Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive - People-oriented and results-driven - Familiarity with HR metrics - Knowledge of HR systems and databases - Ability to strategize and demonstrate leadership - Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Competence in building and managing relationships at all levels of the company Additional Details: Ms. Sheetal Tanwar Experience: 2 - 7 Years Salary: 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
