Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, induction, employee data
management, and exit formalities. Coordinate with employees across multiple locations to address HR queries, grievances,and policy clarifications. Support recruitment activities such as sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, andcoordinating with hiring managers. Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and ensure accuratedocumentation. Maintain compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational guidelines. Partner with management to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfactionand retention. Prepare HR reports, maintain HRIS data, and provide insights for decision-making. Drive employee engagement activities, training coordination, and communicationinitiatives.
